Friendly staff
Room size too small, sink in room rather than bathroom, closet too small, air conditioning was not functioning properly and room was uncomfortably hot so we could not sleep.

Nice hotel with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and pets allowed. The staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations during my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for another city break!

The room was nice and had a fridge and microwave
The tv in our room did not work and when I called the front desk no one answered,so had to go downstairs to get someone to help. They weren't able to fix the tv so they moved us to another room.

Clean room, comfortable bed, the free parking was convenient for exploring the area, and the air conditioning kept the room at a nice temperature for a restful night.

The staff was very unhelpful and the customer service was very poor. No one smiled the whole time we were there.

i booked only one reservation for one room but somehow the hotel charged me for 3 rooms and charged to my credit card even before i arrived.

The room was impeccably clean and attractive with a microwave and refrigerator, good value. The location was comfy for Watsonville, just off an industrial area, a decent restaurant and a shopping center. It also was on the outskirts of town.

fairly close to where we wanted to go
The room was not clean when we got there. a group of young boys were running up and down the halls knocking on doors waking people up.They kept running out of eggs at the breakfast and we had to go three times. Just very disapointed.
